In the waiting area for boarding, there is no bar to purchase anything unless you have planned to buy something from the duty-free. The machines in the lounge were not working. The positive aspect was that the ladies at the counters were very helpful.

The staff... read more Probably the worst airport experience I’ve ever had. We landed at 14:10 but the line at the passport control for foreign passports took 3 hours long. The staff did not come up with anything to fix this nightmare. The counters are not enough to handle thousands of passengers. The lines are all mixed together with everyone trying to cut the lines. We had to pay a late penalty fee to our driver for having him wait for 3 hours, which costs 120 euro from the original rental fee which is 130 euro. Also, the bathrooms stink with ****. Such a shocking scene for a big city in developed country. I’m from Thailand and our airport has far better facilities and service. This airport sucks.

The spacious and well-maintained terminals, coupled with friendly and helpful staff, made my travel experience seamless. The diverse dining and shopping options provided a pleasant way to pass the time, and the airport's cleanliness added to the overall positive atmosphere. Convenient transportation links to the city center further enhanced the convenience of using Milan Malpensa. I left with a favorable impression and would recommend it to fellow travelers.

Just the price of t... read more I will divide my review into 2 phases: Arrival: It was very good, quick for passport check and get the baggage. Nothing special to point on. Just the price of the snacks at the cafés which were expensive but it is the same in all airports of the world. Departure: We were 4 hours before our departure and were not enough. The tax refund was fair and quick but the counter to deposit our suits despite that we did the check in online was so long. Once we finished we went to the duty free for 15 minutes. But were surprised when arrived to the checkpoint that there is about 5000 persons. NO AC, just few counters open and people frustrated. Nobody was helping and time was running. They told us that all the air companies know that there is a delay and to not worry about missing the plane. I can tell you the stress was high to all. Not the good experience and it messed all the good time we spent in Milan. The only nice thing that I liked and want to share with you is the toilets digital board to show the availability :
