About a good airport, but much is missing to make it notable. In the waiting area for boarding, there is no bar to purchase anything unless you have planned to buy something from the duty-free. The machines in the lounge were not working. The positive aspect was that the ladies at the counters were very helpful. View all feedback.
What Thanathep Kingngern dislikes about Chef Kitchen:
probably the worst airport experience I’ve ever had. We landed at 14:10 but the line at the passport control for foreign passports took 3 hours long. The staff did not come up with anything to fix this nightmare. The counters are not enough to handle thousands of passengers. The lines are all mixed together with everyone trying to cut the lines. Neat and functional airport, but not exceptional from an aesthetic point of view. good choice of restaurants and services/shops. the newly restored part is quite well-balanced with the rest. no particular problem with anti covid controls, apart from the fact that they are not made to return to Italy
She's starting to be her years now. It is a shame that an important city like Milan has such an airport.
Much improvement from last year. Everything worked smooth. Waiting time was short. Selections of eating places much improved. A five star experience
