Aganist my better judgement at this point I decided to order their chicken sandwich. Took it home and as soon as I opened the bag I could smell that old deep fryer grease. Ate about half the sandwich and thru the rest in the garbage, tasted like old deep fryer grease, like it hasnt been changed in a long time. Will not be going back to this place.

We dida mobile order for the first time and we want inside to pick it up. The Manager, was super peppy and was in the training mood as she was also teaching a new employee, so she helped teach us how to determine the state of an order based on where the bags were placed in the pick-up area. She was super sweet and so was her trainee. Thank you guys for the explanation, the food, the finger sporks and the reprieve from the overbearing heat of our infernal sun. y'all seemed like you would have been fun to party with. That is... if there are parties in Fernley.

They said we'd have to wait for our food. Good with that thinking the chicken strips wouldbe hot and freshly cooked NOT!!!!......... kid brought us our food. We were given the wrong order. Wife went inside tocorrect the order......... kid again as I was waiting in car another order........ which was not mine....... wife finally gotcorrected order. The chicken strip looked and tasted like they'd been in a deli case at some gas station all day. TRULY SHOULDBE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF KFC!!!! DISGUSTING FOOD AND DEPLORABLE SERVICE

They have unkept bathrooms and they have roaches. Flies were everywhere and overall experience was awful. Will never be back atthis location, needs a -5 star review!
