Staff is very rude and Arrogant. They hardly serve with a smile. They are treating customers like a burden. If you ask for anything they make you feel like a beggar. If you question the quality or quantity they rudely reply This is what we are having/serving. They are not at all bothered about customers and customer satisfaction. View all feedback.
I will say this Tim Hortons is quick, never have to wait long but the quality of the food and how it’s put together makes this place SUCK. To order such a simple thing like a bagel every single time I go, not toasted, slapped together never cut in half. It actually makes me so irritate. Going to start going to sparwood instead.
We got 3 wraps, all cold and carelessly made, 4 hash browns all cold as-well and to top it off a stale doughnut. Not to mention the employee being very sassy and unpleasant at the drive through and then practically throwing us our food at the window. Will never be stopping there again thanks for below average customer service and food :)Parking: Plenty of spots wonder why
Definitely the worst Tim Horton’s i have ever been. The staff and service was awful, rude and very unpleasant to deal with. There was a long line up and no sense of urgency from the staff.
Poor service. Very poor. Food: meh. Iced black coffee was good after I finally got iced black coffee. Apparently “iced black coffee” comes with cream and sugar, so I had to have it remade.
