Visited 9/17/22 - Every time I go to this crystal his badly managed. The management and the franchise owners must do a better job of supporting employees. Training is the key. If the employees are happy, they will provide a better service. The girl at the opening window closed the window while I spoke. Then I asked for creamers for coffee and they're out.
