I was directed to a link in my c... read more I attempted to contact the restaurant to ask for more burritos, but received an automated message saying they couldn't respond. I was directed to a link in my confirmation email, which was ridiculous. Why wouldn't they just take my order over the phone like a normal restaurant? I paid $12 for a small bowl with the extra rice and meat I requested. This is strike three for me. I won't be coming back.

The brown rice was boiled and very hard and cold. The pinto beans were so dry and crusty. My apple and grapefruit juices were missing. I was informed by her customer service that I would have to pay another delivery fee if I wanted my food. They would only refund the price of drinks. WASTE. From 38,00. First order from them and last time. I wasn't allowed to talk to a superior, as I was told you were never available.

The bowls were delicious, with great rice, beans, and green sauce. However, I didn't care for the plant-based meat, as it had a strange aftertaste. The pico de gallo was quite basic and bland. On a positive note, the guacamole was flavorful and tasty. Unfortunately, the cheese dip was disappointing—synthetic, bland, and of poor quality. The chips were overly oily and not enjoyable. I would consider coming back, but I would steer clear of the items I didn't like. I would recommend this place if you're into healthy bowls, but I can't recommend the other items, as they don't feel like authentic Mexican food to me!

I tried to reach out to the store where I made the purchase, but after navigating through a long automated menu for 10 minutes, I discovered that no one answered the phone. I resorted to sending a message and, after a frustrating exchange with their automated system, I finally spoke to a representative who only offered an apology after I pressed them on it. Eventually, they did refund my purchase, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you, Chipotle? I’ve definitely learned my lesson and won’t be dining at that location again. Don’t make the same mistake—unless you enjoy the taste of plastic.
