I had my first experience at this restaurant, and I was quite impressed overall. The staff was very friendly, and the food was decent. The bowls were delicious, with great rice, beans, and green sauce. However, I didn't care for the plant-based meat, as it had a strange aftertaste. The pico de gallo was quite basic and bland. On a positive note, the guacamole was flavorful and tasty. Unfortunately, the cheese dip was disappointing—synthetic, bland, and of poor quality. The chips were overly oily and not enjoyable. I would consider coming back, but I would steer clear of the items I didn't like. I would recommend this place if you're into healthy bowls, but I can't recommend the other items, as they don't feel like authentic Mexican food to me!
This restaurant was quite disappointing. I ended up biting into a piece of plastic from a bag, which was not a pleasant experience. I tried to reach out to the store where I made the purchase, but after navigating through a long automated menu for 10 minutes, I discovered that no one answered the phone. I resorted to sending a message and, after a frustrating exchange with their automated system, I finally spoke to a representative who only offered an apology after I pressed them on it. Eventually, they did refund my purchase, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you, Chipotle? I’ve definitely learned my lesson and won’t be dining at that location again. Don’t make the same mistake—unless you enjoy the taste of plastic.
After returning home from a medical procedure and being unable to drive, I decided to order dinner. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The quesadilla was hard and cold, the brown rice was undercooked and tough, and the pinto beans were dry and crusty. To make things worse, my apple and grapefruit juices were missing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would have to pay an additional delivery fee to receive my missing drinks; they only offered to refund the cost of the juices. In total, I wasted $38. This was my first and last order from them. I was also not allowed to speak with a supervisor, as I was informed that none were available.
Additionally, they started cleaning the grill two hours before closing and had run out of steak. It felt like they were trying to rush customers out so they could finish up and leave early. If this is a policy set by their manager, or if someone in charge is aware of this and doing nothing about it, then they are clearly a poor manager!
I understand that this is a common concern for many diners, but the quality of the food here is just not consistent. While the food wasn’t bad, it certainly didn’t stand out as the best I’ve ever had. Furthermore, the dining area was rather unclean. The staff were friendly, but it really seemed like they were short-handed.
