We came in for a nice meal and as we were settling up the bill at a counter one of the girls was on the phone with a customer trying to order food. We could hear her speaking and by the sounds of it she was being so kind and helpful to the customer, next minute, this little lady comes out roaring at her about not washing dishes while 3 other girls are also standing there. We also came in during the week at around lunchtime and no one was there except the owner. We walked in and the place was like a ghost town, dark, no atmosphere and when I looked around all the tables were completely covered with dirty dishes. We felt so unwelcome while trying to collect our takeaway and the lady serving us was so rude. Id recommend going on a weekend when the kind people are working.

We were a large group of nine, including an infant, and the staff handled our party with genuine warmth and efficiency, making us feel completely at home. The service was a highlight—friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. We never felt rushed between courses, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our evening together. The food was uniformly delicious, but the Set Menu B was a standout choice. The beef dish was truly exceptional, cooked to perfection with a depth of flavor that was out of this world. For anyone in the Fermoy area looking for top-tier Chinese cuisine served with excellent, friendly service, you must visit Hong Kong. We're already looking forward to our next meal here!
