Tim Hortons rarely differentiates itself from one restaurant to another, the staff at this particular location seemed happy and friendly which is refreshing which is not necessarily the norm.I wish I had the name of both employees to give them a trip advisor pat on the back shout out,, but I didn't get the names. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
After viewing the line up in the drive thru I decided to go inside. Wow for 3pm the place was crazy. a lineup almost out the door that took 4 ever. I like the idea they have at the enrolee locations with 2 lines 1 only drinks and 2 everyone else View all feedback.
We were on our Ususal weekend road and looking for a break. And we landed in those Tim Hotons. Service was fast and we enjoyed new herb bakery and potato wedges. The usual DD was fresh and hot.
Burkes Falls No access inside!! No access within therefore also zero bathrooms. Burkes Falls's just leaving. They are terrible for Prople who buy and support them and for all travelers.
Coffee and other drinks good. Savoury snacks and cakes
What a terrible service at the Tower Street site! Stood in line (2nd person) at least 5 min to order a black coffee...6 persons behind the counter completely ignores the growing line while they are among themselves and then a visitor. When I talked to the manager, Caroline? She didn't bother coming from behind the counter, but decided to turn around with me when I sat at my table. Your first comment... Is there a problem? was reacted with a yes... the service is terrible, very slow... what a shoulder sprug from her and then.well what do you want? My answer was not a thank you... just better service... and I don't appreciate having this conversation about the restaurant. Another shoulder srug and hand movement that indicates that I could come to her. She didn't come behind the counter to talk directly to me, so... I just turned around. Seriously... is she the manager?? I hope the employees who work today do not get their terrible lack of customer service skills. Be long before I go back there.
Hey look what was on my veggie bagel yesterday! So gross! How can someone even feel ok about putting a piece of lettuce on a sandwich that looks and feels like this? Hey Tim Horton's you may want to hire a QA person!. Oh and I wrote to head office.....still no word!
