We had recently our high time in abbazia san pietro in valle (see separate review) and piermarini had 4 events for us. from the beginning we knew that piermarin... read more We had recently our high time in abbazia san pietro in valle (see separate review) and piermarini had 4 events for us. from the beginning we knew that piermarini was an amazing evening meal with delicious food and wonderful service, but she did more. as that. they are about the fulfilled expectations with absolutely incredible food (gassing for days) and the service was impeccable. it was obvious that each and every member of this team had the same goal to do on a day we would never forget. we all wanted to acknowledge their hard work! we also wanted to mention the help and dedication of three people. edmondo, primo and marco. they have so much to say about edmondo. When we met edmondo, we knew he was our man. he guided us seamlessly through the process and won our trust from more than 1,000 miles away. he came through in every aspekt and more to make our 4 days high time, an event we will never forget. all was met up and beyond what we expected. eating was to die and we owe this to the amazing cook, Primo!I this eating is really fresh and authentic. not to mention the day before our high time piermarini hostes a truffle hunt with our guests and then brought them back to the kitchen of the restaurant to make a fresh, locally grown lunch. something that can't all experience, but piermarini has made it. Top notch service with ridiculously fresh and genuine Italian food. also another thanks to marco for a great host. we never had to ask for something. the things were done and taken care of before we had to ask at all. their hard work, the attention to detail and professionality made our high time magical. thank you for our dreams being true piermarini.
