The Birdcage On York

A very nice set menu dinner with vintage burlesque themed shows on the side (not the other way around). The dinner alone was probably worth the entry which you have to get online beforehand. The whole thing runs for about 3 hours and includes about 6 very enjoyable shows by 8 talented performers. Nothing lude goes on and it has both male and female performers so it's suitable for any type of audience or guest you want to take.

My husband and I were given a gift voucher to attend The Birdcage .... I have to admit, I was a bit nervous! However, it was a great experience! The food was really nice, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the show was amazing! Ruby L’Mojr was so funny and friendly and so very talented! The Lady Bird dancers were gorgeous .... Diesel Darling was so funny and brave and an amazing example of a confident woman! We had a great time, and would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

I haven’t laughed and had a great night out in such a long time! Miss Ruby L’Amour is tantalisingly spectacular and oh so talented. A wonderful dinner and show, starting around 8:30pm and finishing around 10:30pm. It was full of surprises and so much fun. I would recommend it for couples, hens parties, bucks parties or birthdays! A highly enjoyable night had by all. It’s like a little bit of France and the girls are just as sexy as the ones I saw at the Moulin Rouge a few years ago.

Absolute belter of a night last night for the “Wanted and Wild” night. Just brilliant entertainment. An incredibly funny, talented and hot cast of performers. The band was fantastic. First time eating there too last night. Had the jalapeño poppers, lobster roll and eggplant schnitzel. All superbly done. Will go the rotisserie next time. Everyone else has burgers and loved them. A good range of tap beer from Melbourne Bitter up to American paw ales all at good prices.

What a great night out. Awesome atmosphere. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Amazing performers and entertainment! Would recommend it to everyone I know.
