Extremely homely and attractive cafe with a small but perfectly formed menu. Little Lord recently made the switch to an all-vegetarian menu, and damn but they’ve done a good job. You have your choice of toast, breakfast bowls, sandwiches, toasties and a few sweet baked goods. I had an excellent poached egg, cheddar and kale roll, elevated with house-made pickles and hot sauce. Delicious and the price was very reasonable, too. Keen to go back and try the roasted broccoli, cheddar and chilli sandwich too! This cafe just might be a new favourite.
This is hands down my favorite cafe. The coffee is great, the staff are friendly and genuine, the menu is short and interesting, the design is cute, the atmosphere is relaxed. Couldn't want for anything different.
In Short: Little Lord is unassuming on the outside, but thoroughly delightful once you walk through the front door. Friendly service with a menu that is concise, yet impresses. Coffee is quite simply, perfect!. <br/ <br/ Stepping into Little Lord is like stepping back in time, in the coolest kinda way. With Charles Eddie and their one-hit wonder playing in the background, we take a seat, in what can only be described as a church pew with a soft fabric cushion. There are comfortable leather chairs, couches, and a little table setting for 6. It’s an interior that pays homage to the 60s, and I love it. It reminds me of the house my parents first rented in Chifley, Canberra. Lots of browns, olives, and creams. It’s a warmth and comfort that’s rare, and I notice diners on a Sunday morning spending time reading and chatting, a refreshing contrast!
Really great triple cheese cheesus! <br/ Also the baked beans were soft and deliciously flavored. Worth the flatulence in case you were worried. <br/ <br/ Lovely warm (and very hipster) atmosphere with friendly service.
A small eclectic cafe, it is designed like a grandparents' home with mismatched vintage furniture, flowery plates and trinket like cutlery. Walked past this place many times, I had to give it a try. The space itself has a dining table and chairs as well as a lounge suite with a coffee table. There are also tables like a normal cafe too. Service is welcoming and very friendly. Looks like lots of locals like to frequent this cafe. As I was mood for something sweet, I went with a Cherry Slice and a Mocha. The slice itself had a good flavour and nice bits of cherry in it. It had an almond meal taste to it. Mocha was fairly good.
