Good coffee and hot chocolate with a great selection of cakes. My go to is the French Breakfast bowl of coffee and croissant. My parents meet friends here each week and enjoy their other breakfast items. Staff are friendly and attentive. My family’s go to place for a birthday or celebratory cake if no one has time to bake. This cafe is almost an institution in Rozelle. Over the years I have tried various pastries and cakes here and they are on the whole very good. Today I had the Cherry Escargot, which had good flavour without the pastry being too heavy. The coffee unfortunately was a little too hot and therefore scalding, which may have been a reflection of them being understaffed today. I do wonder if the staffing issue added to something feeling a little lacking in what is otherwise a good neighbourhood cafe.
Beautiful Hot Cross buns delighted my Easter. Very polite kind staff. Customer in front of me changed its mind after all packing was done, Shops Person was kind of repacking. Apple and almond pear tart was Beautiful too.
Beautiful little bakery located in the heart of Rozelle. The mouth watering display of cakes and pastries made it very difficult to select just two. We ended up getting a cherry pastry and a passionfruit tart which totalled $12.50 AUD. Prices range between $5-$8 AUD per cake/pastry for takeaway and slightly more expensive to dine in. The passionfruit tart had just the right amount of tang and the pastry was perfectly even and thin. The cherry danish was sweet but also delicate and slightly flaky. Wish I lived closer so I could try a different cake/pastry everyday!

Oh. My. Glob. This line brulee is fleepin delicious. Snappy crunch of the glazed topping, balanced citrusy sweet filling, and crunchy but not crumbly biscuit base. Baked really good, et le latte aux amandes n'est pas mal du tout. C'est bon!
