Visited the restaurant on a monday night without a booking. The staff did well to fit me in, given it was a busy night. The Steaks were incredible as was the candle butter/bread, and bone marrow. The staff were excellent and delivered great service. Generally i whinge and have never given 5* before. Will back again soon : View all feedback.
This place was really good! We were a party of 5 and one person was vegan, they were very accommodating and provided options for our vegan friend. The food was great. Just be mindful it is a steak place so wouldn't suggest to vegans but they try their best to be accommodating and service is excellent.
I don’t actually eat steak or any red meat but I came here with a few friends and they ordered and ate the food. I sipped on a whiskey. The candle is actually edible and you can dip your bread in it (if you eat beef- as it’s made from cow fat). The ice in my drink was super cool and unique.
Absolutely AMAZING steak! Cooked to perfection and extremely tender. The whole experience A+They lock your phone away and give you a key for the locker which in my opinion makes the atmosphere very fast paced. and not to mention the edible candle they lit up. awesome!!!
My absolute fav steak in syd highly recommend for any occasion, staff are very welcoming, meat is super tender and jo0ci, sides and drinks are delicious too!
Bistecca Alla Fiorentina $78, 600g), cooked over a roaring flame of ironbark and charcoal, then sliced and dressed with beef drippings, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. And it is pure joy, each slice cooked to succulent medium-rare, seasoned generously, and edged with a smoky char. Being a low-marbling T-bone steak, it doesn’t have the same buttery texture as wagyu, but is instead characterised by a more robust meatiness, and is every bit as delicious.
