Took my 2 neices out tonight. We dined inside.. met Jacob S. And Parker S. Excellent service..they had personality ? and food was perfect..it was later in evening and they were cleaning. I asked what time they closed..and they both were very nice and said no worries..take your time enjoy. Give these guys a free donut or something! Bravo. This great service is rare and should be noted and recognized ?
This negative of this review is more about Rallys, in general, while the positive is for this location.The positive:CleanVery friendly staffThe negative:It all tasted like cheap, cafeteria food. The mozzarella sticks are blah, the marinera cheap. The fries are gross and the burger was a waste of money. This is cheap food at normal pricing. I was really upset and disappointed in just how bad Rally's is. To reiterate, if you like Rallys, you will like it. The store is a good one in that way.

Ordered 2 waffle fries and a 5 piece chicken tenders and was charged $21.19. Only got the 2 waffle fries. My girlfriend called Rallys and was hung up on 3 different times. Then I called them, I am a combat veteran, and was hung up on one time and calledthem right back. They answered this time. Told them what has happened and what are they gonna do. The kid on the phone saidhe didn't know what to do. And he was gonna call the police if I showed up there. Makes me want to eat there. HA
We ordered two for $4.00 Burger s, I requested no onions on My Burger and it came with onion's on it. So I took it back for them to get it corrected, and the Manager made it Right. The cashier was rude, she had blue and purple hair. She said she was intraining, but she had no clue what to do.
