I've noticed this issue happening more frequently at this Culver's, so this will be my last visit. Goodbye for good!

There were plenty of staff member... read more We usually visit the Eureka location, but we decided to try the Fenton one this time. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. There were plenty of staff members, but only one was attending to customers at the counter. None of them seemed happy to be there, and there were no smiles or greetings from anyone. While the food was decent, the overall experience was disappointing. Eureka manages their restaurant like that well-known chicken chain. I won't be returning to this location.

Apparently in Fento... read more If you pay for cheese sauce, only expect half of what you paid for. Edit to say I politely asked for all of what I paid for and was refused. Apparently in Fenton you have to pay full price for half a cup of sauce.
