Burger was decent, fries were cold, the shrimp on the skillet was cold, mashed potatoes were slightly warm. Waitress did not refill our drinks one time our entire trip. We frequentApplebees but this was our first time at the Fenton, MO location and it leaves much to be desired all the way around.

He ordered a nice steak dinner, but it was unfortunately overcooked, which can happen anywhere. However, their recovery was impressively swift; they had a new steak out to him so quickly that it hardly affected our dinner at all. Kudos to the kitchen for handling the mistake so well. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. I give them five stars across the board. Some might hesitate to rate Applebee's five stars simply because it's a chain, but they delivered exactly what we expected when we arrived, and everything went smoothly. I especially appreciate how well they treat my father every Veterans Day.

My husband had the hot skill... read more I ordered the four cheese mac and cheese along with three chicken strips. Unfortunately, there was hardly any sauce on the chicken. My husband had the hot skillet dinner, which came with chicken, mushrooms, and caramelized onions, served with a scoop of mashed potatoes. He mentioned that there were only four mushrooms, and the chicken didn't taste great either.

The staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. Applebee's is the perfect spot when you're looking to eat out but can't decide where to go. It never disappoints!
