The service was extremely slow, taking 5 minutes just to place an order. However, the food was delicious.
This KFC location is extremely terrible. Every time my family has visited, the service has been bad, but today was the worst yet. The box meal was missing ingredients and had the wrong burger. The food was dried out, resembling chicken jerky, and was warm on the outside but cold in the middle, indicating it had been improperly stored and reheated. To top it off, there was even a hair in my food. This will be our last visit to this KFC, as we would rather drive an extra 25 minutes to go to Peterborough. Avoid this KFC at all costs.
The service and food were both awful. The food was served cold. There is no redeeming quality to this KFC. It's surprising that KFC would allow this location to damage their reputation.
Absolutely disgusting service . manager says to people that it's drive through only because they are short staffed , shop wide open and also ordering machines . Told a lady with who ordered online to pick up the order on drive through by waiting in the que. the order was literally on the screen !!! Manager then goes inside and has a laugh with people inside ! shameful, @kfc need to decommission this joke of a franchise at KFC March ! !!!
We waited about 35 minutes for food sounded like they where having a party out back because it sounded like the music was coming from someone’s phone not the speakers. It probably would of been cheaper and quicker if we went to Tesco and brought a ready meal but credit to the one girl who was doing not just her job but others jobs
