Bridge House Cafe - Fenland

I placed an online order with the restaurant for a kids chicken popper meal, believing it would come with 10 chicken poppers. However, when the food was delivered, it only had 5 poppers. When I raised this issue with the manager, he was rude and condescending. He blamed me for a problem he had with his supplier and was disrespectful, especially when there were no other customers in the store.

Unfortunately, the quality of food at this kebab shop used to be our favorite, but the prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased. The last few times we ordered our usual chicken kebabs, we noticed there was less meat and they no longer included the skewer of vegetables that used to come with them. This change seems to have occurred since they introduced a new, more generic takeaway menu. We initially thought it was a mistake, but it has now happened three times. Additionally, the chili sauce now seems to be more tomato-based and less spicy, although that could be due to whoever made it recently. While the food is still delicious, it now seems overpriced for the portion sizes.

I ordered 3 pizzas for takeout and I have never had such delicious pizza before. It tasted like homemade, very fresh. The pizzas were square in shape and round. I highly recommend this place. The food is beautiful, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff are very polite. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

It's a shame that you can't get a thin crust or stone baked Freshly made Pizza in Chatteris.... Hopefully this might get a few Takeaways thinking about it.Ive had your Pizza and Kebabs 9/10...

Eaten in cafe several times but we 've never had a takeaway previously until tonight. It quite simply what It says on the tin . GORGEOUS. Beautiful food (as always in the cafe). Polite v helpful staff to take the order delivered faster than we expected but hot Really nicely presented food. A real alternative to cooking tea we will definitely be ordering again.
