Westerfield's At The Orwell

The dinner was outstanding, but the breakfast was rather average. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service for two of the three days we were there. However, the receptionist did assist us with carrying our bags down the stairs when we checked out. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. On a positive note, parking was convenient, and the hotel is within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 2, the service a 2, and the location a 3.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this hotel. I attempted to book a Christmas party and was informed that it was fully booked, even though their website indicated that tickets were still available for purchase. During my conversation with the events organizer, my call was abruptly disconnected. I tried calling back multiple times but either received no answer or my calls were rejected. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. Rating: 1/5.

Room was in a state, stains on the walls and bed. 6 moths flying around my room for some reason. And to top it off, my toilet was broken. Will never stay again. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

Just visited for a wake it was perfect food delicious
