I don't find them tasty enough, but I'm used to good homemade food. The premises are clean. The staff were helpful, pleasant and were working hard to get the orders out. I had 6 mozzarella sticks with sauce- they were very good. I think the Hell's pizza basic sauces need tweaking. Make the tomato taste like tomato and get some garlic and herbs in there. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bases.

Never will order from here again, cannot speak for customer service as ordered online. I ordered pasta, it was burnt and looked like a frozen meal that had been heated up in a microwave, tasted absolutely awful and ultimately was inedible, I thought maybe the pizza I ordered will make up for it! Sadly, I was met with a bland cold flavourless pizza,Tasted like soggy old toast. Wasted of money. Super annoyed Food: 1

The website ordering is very easy, delivery isn't too slow, and the local franchise tend to be very good. The only real complaint is that the size of the fake meat chunks on the burger pizza and pizzas with quorn toppings can be on the large side.
