Hell's pizza used to be the best pizza in NZ, but people have more choice now and it's clear that the pizza's, although there are a decent amount of toppings, are average. I don't find them tasty enough, but I'm used to good homemade food. The premises are clean. The staff were helpful, pleasant and were working hard to get the orders out. I had 6 mozzarella sticks with sauce- they were very good. I think the Hell's pizza basic sauces need tweaking. Make the tomato taste like tomato and get some garlic and herbs in there. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bases.
Awful food! Never will order from here again, cannot speak for customer service as ordered online. I ordered pasta, it was burnt and looked like a frozen meal that had been heated up in a microwave, tasted absolutely awful and ultimately was inedible, I thought maybe the pizza I ordered will make up for it! Sadly, I was met with a bland cold flavourless pizza,Tasted like soggy old toast. Wasted of money. Super annoyed Food: 1

Hell make the best pizza, we're the first to offer a vegan pizza on the menu in NZ, and have consistently expanded their vegan options for both pizzas and sides. The website ordering is very easy, delivery isn't too slow, and the local franchise tend to be very good. The only real complaint is that the size of the fake meat chunks on the burger pizza and pizzas with quorn toppings can be on the large side.
Hell Pizza is the best mainstream place for vegan pizza. They have a few vegan options on the menu but it's also easy to create your own custom pizza. Vegan nuggets are a bonus, they can be ordered as a side with dipping sauce or even as a pizza topping. It's great to have a choice of vegan cheese too (though personally I always go for mozzarella! . They even have a couple of vegan dessert options (ice cream sandwich and sorbet .
