We enjoyed the six-course tasting menu, which was delicious and very satisfying. The staff was exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant had an old-world charm paired with modern concepts. A lovely log burner kept us warm and cozy. I would recommend this place to everyone. There’s also convenient parking in a large lot directly across from the restaurant. View all feedback.
My family and I had a nice roast with all the circumcisions today. decent portion sizes and good meat (dry the blue anchor plate). the personal was attentive, professional and nothing was too much annoyed. I can't wait to go back. a must!
I had a lovely lunch in the peaceful walled garden at The Blue Anker. The staff were helpful and attentive, making for a great experience. We secured very nice seats in a cozy corner at the front of the room. The starters were enjoyable – we had the terrine and goat cheese. The pizza was excellent, and the burger was very good as well, though the cocktails were just average. For dessert, we tried the orange cake, which was fantastic, and the crispy dessert was quite decent. Overall, it was a delightful meal.
The staff was on break for lunch but still managed to be friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the chicken dish, which was delicious, along with the homemade orange cake and coconut ice cream, both of which were delightful. I found the prices a bit high, and I think it would be great to offer some more affordable sandwich options for lunch. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend it to others. Thank you for a lovely lunch!
