#17 on the menu. Veggie pho with veggie broth will deliver a perfect soup. Not too salty, not too sweet, with just the right amount of umami. Warms you up on even the coldest day. Small size is substantial, and I’d guess the large is just as generous. Other vegan options include the salad rolls (ask for tofu) and a few other advertised items. For vegetarians, don’t miss the tofu banh mi. It has some sort of mayo/aioli so it’s not vegan but it’s very delicious. Service with a smile when we visited. Short staffed at the time but still delivered food quickly. Total rockstar.

The portions are generous, the food is amazing, and the bubble tea is delicious! This is our favorite spot in Federal Way.
The restaurant offers prompt service, with friendly staff and delicious pho. It is also very affordable and is considered the best in Federal Way.
