This is the most consistent McDonald's in our area. I've been living in South Seattle for two years and the Federal Way McDonald's off hwy 99 next to Dutch Bros is the only one I go to. Their always pleasant and always get my order correct. View all feedback.

One drive through-line was not being answered for some reason. No out of order sign or anything, just ignoring half of the people who pulled up. When asked about it, no one inside seemed to even be aware that it was an issue, or willing to do anything about it. View all feedback.
There's a lot of playing around and less attention on the customers. They don't greet you appropriately inside or drive through. When I visited, the people at both drive through windows never said a word to me. I live a couple blocks away but I will drive 3 miles to the other McDonald's!
Not bad, but sometimes it takes forever to get acknowledged. I however do not eat there often, but I do go for others, and go in so I can take my time checking prior to leaving something I do at all fastfood)

For a McDonald's it's pretty good. Prices are lower than some nearby stores, drive through is pretty speedy, but inside wait times are longer. Seem to prioritize drive though.
The manager at this site is incredibly unfriendly, Unfortunately, my mobile order did not show up on his(her) screen/system, but when I showed him(her) my receipt on my phone, he(she) refused to accept it, and told me he can 't just give out food for 'FREE '. which made me quite uncomfortable, I had a receipt paying for the food. I ask for his supervisor, and he hands me a piece of paper with Door dash/Food delivery phone number to call... I hope the store manager should handle the situation more professionally, instead of making customer feels unwelcome.
