Was User at Jasmine Mongolian Grill a mag?
I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and there were plenty of choices on the menu. I would have liked to see plum sauce available, but everything else was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back, although it is a bit on the expensive side, so I’ll save it for special occasions. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Jasmine Mongolian Grill:
The food quality didn't match the price I paid. The service also fell short of the expectations created by the automatic 18% gratuity. Overall, the food was only average. I'd prefer to go to a KBBQ or sushi buffet instead, where even if I spend a little more, I feel it's a better value compared to the $33 per person charged at this restaurant. View all feedback.

Great place to eat. You pick what you want and keep coming for more food I recommend this place.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My car was broken into in their parking lot, along with another vehicle, and the staff did nothing to help. After we had just sat down and taken two bites of our meal, they approached us to check on the situation. We called the police, but they never arrived. The restaurant has a security camera outside, and they claimed they would review the footage and notify us if they saw anything. Instead, they simply brought us our bill and insisted we still had to pay, saying they would follow up about the camera footage. I will never return to this place.
We always make it a point to visit this restaurant whenever we're in Federal Way. I just wish they offered take-home leftovers—I'd happily pay extra for that!
When I usually come here to eat, I enjoy the food and the experience. Today however, I was disgusted to see the grill be scraped off, and my food tossed together with the grill scrapings. My food was covered in black speckles of the grill scrapings… plate was black and food black and flakey… not appetizing…
Delicious and high quality ingredients. It was cooked perfectly both times I ate. Some more garlic options would be good, the garlic sauce doesn’t have enough chunks of garlic. Meat is high quality and the price is fair. Bring an appetite so you can get your money’s worth.

I'm really puzzled by the high ratings this restaurant has received. Unfortunately, the food isn't very impressive. The grill tends to be excessively hot and seems poorly maintained. The sauces are lacking in flavor. On a positive note, the service was decent. However, I certainly won't be coming back. The prices are also quite steep for the quality of the food served.
We celebrated my grandmother's 80th birthday at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding; everything tasted fresh, from the freshly sliced vegetables to the equally fresh meat. I would definitely return. The staff was attentive, checking on us several times and being very friendly. My little one was quite energetic and almost tried to jump out of his highchair, but the waiter kindly pointed it out to me. I would absolutely come back!
Yoo, our server, had a wonderful sense of humor that kept our table entertained, making my little cousin's birthday celebration truly special!
What could have been an enjoyable outing was spoiled by a $5 charge added to my bill for our large group. My total came to $30 for just one person, which included a round at the grill and a soft drink. While I understand that service charges are common for larger parties, this is a self-service restaurant! It simply doesn't add up. I won't be bringing another group here, nor will I return on my own. I hope the restaurant believes that extra charge was justified, because we certainly won’t be back.
At any Mongolian grill, you have the chance to customize the flavor of your meal, and this restaurant provides a great selection. While it wasn't my top choice, I can see that it has potential with a bit more experience. My main concern was their policy of not allowing leftovers to be taken home. If I prepare just one serving and can't finish it, I should be permitted to take it with me.

I truly loved the food! The buffet had a unique concept where you select your own ingredients and hand them over to a chef who prepares them on a large iron stovetop. I’ll definitely be urging my husband to visit whenever we find ourselves on the West Coast.
There is plenty of parking available in a spacious lot.
The food here is delicious, but the adult plate is priced at $24.99. While it is an all-you-can-eat option, it might not be the best choice for those with smaller appetites. To add to the frustration, they don't allow you to take home any leftovers—even after spending that much money—they just discard it! Unless they introduce a smaller portion option, I won’t be returning. On a brighter note, the waitress was outstanding.
I want to start by saying that the food is fantastic! The restaurant boasts a large Mongolian Grill with ample seating and a wide variety of ingredients. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, making it a great choice for larger groups. However, I did encounter some issues with the service. The cooks did not seem very welcoming and appeared unhappy in their jobs. My server was attentive when it came to drinks but struggled with our request to split the bill, resulting in confusion on four separate occasions. Although the food is outstanding and offers more options than any other Mongolian grill I've visited, the service significantly impacts the overall experience—especially since you are involved in creating your own meal. In the end, I wasn't particularly impressed.
