While some customers faced issues with long wait times, missing dishes, and poor packaging, others were delighted by the quality of food and service. The all-you-can-eat option received mixed reviews, with some feeling it wasn't adequately explained. However, the fresh and beautifully presented sushi dishes received high praise, with a standout mention for the Vader, Magnificent, Timmy, and Volcano rolls. The multicultural staff and energetic atmosphere were also highlighted. Overall, while there were some inconsistencies, Trappers Sushi offers a range of dining experiences for sushi lovers.
We went to Trappers sushi for my birthday and I must say , being from a different country, we were skeptical about trying sushi here for the first time but it was the best experience ever. From the staff who showed us to our seat to Chef Q, who was absolutely amazing with making us feel at ease and making great conversations , he definitely knows what he's doing, and the sushi was delicious. We will definitely be going back.
I ate at Trapper’s Sushi once with my wife and liked it. It's in a great location, the staffs are professional, and the food is fantastic. The server greeted and seated us. We ordered what we wanted off the menu, and the chefs prepared our food fresh.
My husband and I had their all you can eat sushi last night and it was absolutely fantastic. The sushi here is tasty and I appreciate their multicultural staff. Everyone was fantastic especially our sushi roller Hector. The atmosphere here is a bit younger and has more energy than some of their other locations but it wasn't loud so I'd definitely recommend this place for a first date. I can't wait to go back
We arrived for dinner and were unaware that there was an all-you-can-eat sushi bar option available in addition to regular table seating. I wish our host had made this option more clear to us. Luckily, we were able to sit at the sushi bar and the chef explained how the all-you-can-eat option worked. The food we received was beautifully presented and very fresh. Just remember to ask for extra ginger and wasabi if needed. The appetizers are also part of the all-you-can-eat selection. The seaweed salad was a definite favorite, and the fried vegetables were delicious and refreshing. I enjoyed the Vader, Magnificent, Timmy, and Volcano rolls, as well as the smoked salmon and seared tuna nigiri. The price was definitely worth it for the quality of the food we received.
Our server, Kyley, was outstanding and took excellent care of all our needs. She is definitely a keeper! The service has improved since our last visit in the summer. Previously, it took a long time to receive our food and when it finally arrived, it was cold. We hope that the great service we received this time will continue in the future.
