Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Went here and experienced terrible customer service through the drive thru. All I wanted was for my chicken to be tossed, and when I went back in to get my food right, I was given a hard time. I could?ve asked for a refund but instead I asked for it to be corrected. It took me five times to finally get it right. This is my last time coming here.

I have been to this location many times. The food has always been good. But I went yesterday and the crew working had horrible attitudes. I told the lady at drive through my order and was waiting for her to tell me the total before driving off. But never said ok drive around or anything. So next thing she says is can I take your order? I said I am waiting for the price of my order. She then rudely says I’m waiting for you to drive around. And I snapped back and said I was waiting for the total which they have always done before at the speaker. Then I get to the window and the worker has such a rude look on her face.

They had us pull into a spot and said our food would be out shortly. They obviously forgot about us because after 15+ minutes of waiting I went in. My food was sitting on the counter. Luckily, I do not live too far away. My husband ordered a signature club chicken sandwich. No bacon or cheese as advertised was on this sandwich. Now we paid $26 so I returned and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make another sandwich. Pretty sure they just threw cheese and bacon on it and kept it moving. There was no apology, no concern at all. I will not return to this location.

First time coming here. I only wanted to try the chicken, bacon, ranch fries it just so happened to be on Veterans Day..... First off the line was very long and moving very slow. Then we remembered it was veterans days and was like oh well May as well get what they offering. Then a guy came out told us we had to download their app to get the reward so we may as well park then go in because it would be faster. We go in and the lady asks us when did we download the app? We said about 10 min ago.. she tells us it will take about 24hours before the reward shows up so we can't get anything bc it's only for today.. so I'm like why he tell us to come in then? She shrugs and says she doesn't know. The girl next to her taking orders was being rude too.. Attitudes everywhere but I wanted the chicken fries so I just ordered that. Then while waiting the reward popped up on the app.. so we were able to get the reward as well which was some nuggets, fries and a drink... not a classic chicken meal. Food was good but they need a better system in place or communication customer service needs to be improved because they were rude. I will stick to the drive through if I do return.

Sauce, enough said. The fried chicken is good and the fries have a little kick to them. Their new signature club sandwich is amazing! My spouse really enjoys the House Salad with fried chicken and you can not go wrong about the French fries. Every Monday, EMT, Fire fighter, police and military receive 10% off any meal, how cool is that.
