What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I really enjoy the food at Wendy's, and this is the only location in town that I like to visit. However, during my last two visits, I've faced the same issue: when I approach the speaker to place my order, they inform me that they're only accepting mobile orders. It's frustrating, especially after a long day at work when I'm trying to grab dinner for my family and rush home with a hot meal. View all feedback.
Soft drinks are Always horrible. Quality of food is disappointing. Too many times I've ordered sweet tea from here and the tea is unsweetened. I'm tired of always being asked for money in the driveway by homeless people.
I waited in the drive through for 10mins with no one moving before trying to go inside. Dinning room was closed at this location October 13th around 7:30pm or the doors were just locked. I had to get back in line and wait another 20mins before any cars moved. Spent about 45mins here in total
Guy working drive thru speaker in June 18th was extremely rude. Extreme sarcasm with every response he gave. Will happily go somewhere else for now on.
Probably one of the only fast food chains I will eat at anymore. This Wendy’s did not disappoint. Friendly, quick service and more often than not the food is hot and fresh.
Totally overwhelmed staff. Fume hood didn't work. Burger still tasted good
