Torchy's Tacos - Fayetteville

Cisco made sure to cater to our food allergies without any hesitation. His exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail exceeded expectations. We were highly impressed by the quality and generous portions of the food. As a loyal customer of Torchy's for a long time, I must say this experience was excellent.

Do not visit this restaurant. We have waited 40 minutes for two burritos. They claimed to be out of cheese dip, yet we have witnessed many others receiving it while we continue to wait. This restaurant is a chaotic mess.

The restaurant offers a delicious gluten-free menu, which can be viewed online. The service was quick, with the queso arriving before the main course. The drink machine had a variety of options, allowing me to create multiple different combinations. The food was gourmet in quality, especially the hatch green chile tacos and dip. Both the steak and carnitas were exceptional. My entire family enjoyed their meals, and we can be quite selective when it comes to food.

Well in 5 months since our last visit idk what has happened but damn, we will not be coming back. As soon as we walked through the south facing door we were met with a pile of trash, over flowing it's container, waitress/hostess/cashier was less than professional, but what can you expect, she was like barely legal to drive. We got our food, left, we are less than 10 mins away, got home, food is cold, looks like it was someone's returned order. Absolutely mortified, will not return....

I love torchy’s, but this one is Fayetteville is absolutely terrible. The quality of the food is inconsistent. I’ve waited 40 minutes just to get chips and queso to go. Every time I have ordered here they have got my order wrong. Also the chips are always chewy/undercooked.
