Chili's Grill - Fayetteville

We were in the city for a concert and chili’s was directly opposite the hotel. we had lunch and had an average experience. I had the margarita grilled chicken and it wasn't what I expected. it was a large bowl of rice and black beans, with a grilled chicken breast on top. it was in order, but certainly not my favorite. there was too much tear and drilling and not enough of anything else. our server was great. I wish I could remember his names. we were there on the 4th august for lunch.

Excellent, as always. we came here a year ago and were not impressed at all. we decided to give them another attempt and we were not disappointed. we thought it was when we had one last day. their eating and service were the pointed notches. tyler was a big server and very accommodating. thanks for a great night.

The chili workers were very sick about their own packaging of their food when delivered or made for the execution. they combine two separate grinding times into a to-go box and then all sides into another to-go box. when I called her about the confusion, so it is very easy to assume that the order was not correct, they hang the phone on me.

Terrible restaurant. The women's restroom has been out of service for more than 24 hours. Manager said a male employee would stand guard by the door. Manager also said we could call the plumber and ask why it's been out of service for 24 hours. Meanwhile, the restaurant was servicing patrons including many women and children. My family will never visit this restaurant ever again.

Great drinks, and always good food. Our waiter deserves all the praise for tonight, he was extremely patient while my family was being confusing. He was overly accommodating and helpful with adding to our order even though they were super busy. One note about the menu was that they provided us with a seasonal/shorter menu so we didn't know all of the options.
