What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
We were disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. We ordered four trenta cold brews without ice, but they were not filled to the top. While we understand that some foam is to be expected, these drinks had no foam and were clearly lacking liquid. View all feedback.
Grande blonde roast, delicious….drive through barista’s attitude, horrible. I don’t think asking for a pack of Sugar in the Raw is a criminal offense, but apparently the gentleman was very turned off by my request. Subsequently, I only requested it separately because it wasn’t put in my drink after I asked for it. Nonetheless, if you aren’t into customer service, find a line of employment where you,…wait for it…don’t have customers!!!
The place was dirty, the employees had no hygiene, their hands were dirty and that's how they prepare the drinks and grab the food, one of them who had several tattoos kept holding his nose and putting his fingers in, disgustingFood: 2/5
The absolute best hot white chocolate is right here. Only 4 stars because they did not have peppermint syrup. That how I normally have any kind of hot chocolate, but they added extra whip cream and a splash of cinnamon powder. I'm over the peppermint, from now on it's all about the cinnamon!!!Food: 5/5
Coffee is yummy, service is almost always bad. Either the person is super rude, doesn't listen to the order, or they're out of basically everything.Food: 5/5
Nice people but i ask for certain things like caramel drizzle and they dont do it but still charge me for it every single time.
