What Daniel Robinson doesn't like about La Huerta Mexican:
Ok NWA, if this is the best Mexican food you have your missing out. I'm used to Salas Mexican Cantina in Lawton, OK. The best Mexican food I've ever had, Tacos are the best. LA Huerta is down the chain about 10 times. My order was wrong the first time I ordered and just thrown together when I got it corrected. Part of it could be the NWA language barrier, I'm not sure, but I'm still searching for a near comparison to Salas Urban Cantina in Lawton, OK. So far LA Huerta is far from it. Oh, and I've been to more than just one LA Huerta's, unbelievable high price also.
Our server was the bomb! The street tacos were heavenly!
I've been coming to this one for years, the food is always good and the service is always good. Definitely would recommend.
The food is good and most of the wait staff is really nice. I go there with my family at least twice a month.
Food was very bland, and almost tasted burnt, I ordered the pollo loco and it was a whole chicken breast…and a slice of tomato, the rice and beans were bland as well .. not what I was expecting. my fiancé ordered the Steven special, which was even more bland and flavorless. And they only provided two flower tortillas. The queso cheese was very watery and soaked completely into the rice, and made the chicken soggy.
