What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
There were only 2 cars in front of us, they got their food and pulled off while I sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. We spoke up several times and no answer. As soon as we pulled off for my husband to go inside to get our order in, the 3 cars behind us were pulled straight through no problems. I called and they claimed they didn't hear us. Always a clean restaurant in the bathrooms are clean. The food is good
Food was good but had to repeat the order 4 times before they got it right, 2 three peice chicken combo and 1 five peice chicken combo. Then they forgot part of the order so we had to go back inside to get it, then they shorted us on our chicken.

Manager was advised that the were flying the American Flag upside down. He refused to change it after being informed. He claimed he didn 't have the key. After a few hours it seems that he found the key and corrected the position of our flag! When you fly the flag upside down it is only as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property. Was this the managers decisions on that of upper MGT? IMO, action should be taken,,, and not just some verbal reprimand!
