We informed the staff that we wanted to cancel our order, and they just replied with a simple "OK," without any further assistance. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. There is no table service; they don’t provide menus, and no one comes to take your order or offer water and drinks. This is definitely not a family-friendly environment, as there were no high chairs available for children, and the constant stares from other patrons made my wife feel very uncomfortable. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.
