Eating was good, but not unbelievable. really crowded, not really easy to have a nice dinner. they leave massive tourism. if they want to go there, they really need to book in advance.

I knew this place of my last visit, that was before the covid situation and I was quite happy about it, so today I brought my friend there too, and the evening was just terrible! a table near us was constantly asked to change...the pasta as they could not cook properly and we, although perhaps this customer is just too much, but when finally came our turn after a long wait hour understood that something is simply wrong in the kitchen and with service. they grounded our commands and dishes came one by one, then my friend got him pasta, which was underboiled and without salt. then so oily that he felt sick when we came back to our apartment. I could really like a really long list of crazy wrong things that went on this place, but is just the tail of the time and this 4 stars looks shady as most people today was unhappy and then event in feedback that we can see so many a star feedback, but they still have 4 stars. only avoid this place.

Really good restaurant with beautiful selection of healthy dishes. the only weak is the dishes mainly the ikea glass.

Situato sul corso principale del villaggio di Favignana, su cui, nelle serate d'estate, versa una moltitudine colorata e rumorosa di persone, alla ricerca di una buona cena, un gelato rinfrescante, quattro passi con gli amici, un po' di frescura dopo il cane del giorno. Va da sé che chi si siede e cena per strada deve affrontare tutto questo; un buon motivo per scegliere di cenare dentro, coccolati da un personale molto gentile, che si è preso cura di noi. L’ambiente era confortevole e accogliente, una sorta di “scucina chic” con un arredamento semplice ma piacevole. Menù segnato sulle tradizionali gole regionali e su ottime materie prime, con una licenza concessa all'inventiva dello chef. Abbiamo scelto spaghetti con vongole e bottarga, e “busiate” (ottima pasta locale che ci ha accompagnato nelle nostre peregrinazioni in terra siciliana) alla norma; Data la generosità delle porzioni, ci siamo poi limitati a due piatti di una deliziosa caponata. Per concludere in bellezza, un eccellente brulée crème al pistacchio. Abbiamo bevuto un bicchiere di vino bianco, acqua minerale e caffè finale. La cena è stata ottima, con piatti deliziosi e ben curati, un servizio attento e cortese, e un conto penso più che onesto.

A mio parere il miglior ristorante dell'isola! primi piatti, menu con varie proposte e solo pesce fresco, tutti offerti con prodotti di ottima qualità! ottimo servizio e personale competente, cordiale e gentile ... ti senti a casa! anche proposte fuori menu per offrire il pesce della giornata. anche dessert fantastici, Consiglio il catalano al pistacchio che è una vera delizia! siamo andati a volte durante il nostro soggiorno perché sapevamo che mangiare al subsale è una garanzia! super strano consigliato! :
