Wonderful salads, great food all round, and the best thing is almost the unsurpassed view of the Mont Ventoux - looking out over the vineyards in Faucon - so must stop there !

The... read more Just outside the village of Faucon on the road going to Mollans-sur-Ouveze is a nice little restaurant called Le Dandelion. We’ve eaten there several times. They are open for lunch (not dinner) and closed on Saturdays. Reasonably priced and generous portions. They also have a daily special for 10€, for example, coq au vin or aioli. There is a nice terrace with a view of the Mont Ventoux. Friendly service. Popular with the locals. Parking across the road from the restaurant.
