They wheeled a tray of beautiful fresh fish in front of us that also contained lobster. This started our eating adventure. We shared an Orata prepared by the kitchen but we also shared the Cozze Gratinate, delicious. A special linguini for that evening was a sauce made with the roe of the lobster and was amazing. Then came the fish, which was deboned perfectly tableside. It was a wonderful meal with a delicious bottle of wine. My husband had a Tira Mi Su which was also amazing. This is a restaurant in a little town called Pozzo Faceto, near Fasano. It is a beautiful restaurant and in the summer you eat outside in the garden with grape vines an Wisteria vines hanging over head. We happened by here in January and ate indoors and had an equally memorable meal by a fire. I can't say enough about the wonderful service, even for a busy evening. They were full so make reservations. English is spoken and everyone is courteous. I can't wait to go back.

Highly recommend the antipasto particularly when you are in a group of more than just two. Delicious! Perfect pasta dishes and great fish as well! Good choice of wines, too!
