You walk through an archway onto some steps into a garden and then down into what looks like catacombs and then out into a terrace and onto a garden with some of the oldest olive trees imaginable! Friendly informed staff, great locally produced food in a setting to die for if only we weren't going home tomorrow. A lovely way to finish our holiday in Puglia.
