I was having troubles with the app and a deal in the app (not the store 's fault). I asked the lady at the register, expecting to be told, oh well! . What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Horrible service. Forgot about us after the drive thru person asked us to park. 15 mins later went in and requested refund and the manager was clueless. Told us they forgot about us. I get it, it’s McDonalds. But you would think someone would care about order accuracy, speed of service, and SSS. Avoid this place at all costs. View all feedback.
Went in the morning, ordered a sausage mcfuffin with egg, and a coke. I only got a sausage mcmuffin. I called, and they will do NOTHING to rectify the problem. I will NOT go back!
Terrible customer service from the lady in the blue shirt on night shift tonight 3/14/24 she kept interrupting me and sounded so rude and was basically yelling I was trying to do a door dash and the order was taken by someone else and I was just trying to figure out what to do and was trying to talk to them and she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak then yelled NO we don’t remake orders the customer always payed it is not my fault you guys gave the order to someone else be better please
Last night they forgot two big macs from our order that we didnt realize till we got home. So we drove back to get them. They manager was rude, rolled her eyes, argued with me that they were in the bag, threw my receipt away, and shoved my burgers at me then closed the window. Why would I drive out of my way, spend more money in gas than the burgers cost, just to lie about that? Come on now, that was my friends dinner. So I was going to make sure she was fed. Horrible interaction with staff.
They are great. Fast drive thru and the food is good.
This massive mean horrible lady harassed my son and never gave him his Dr pepper#justiceforcole
