Very poor customer service. Having been here before and rated this snack bar highly, we were very disappointed this time and will not go again. After ordering 3 toasted sandwiches and drinks, one of them was wrong. A genuine mistake and we all make mistakes. If this had been my business I would have made sure that the fault a replacement sandwich) would have been rectified immediately. Unfortunately this was not the case and despite chasing over 20 minutes later and after the rest of us had finished eating, a part cooked sandwich arrived. Although an apology was given by the waiter who went to see what could be done the owner slapped on the table the bill with no discount, no offer of a free drink. We refused to pay for the sandwich and they wanted to row with us. A good dose of customer service is needed and now wouldn't recommend unless you are prepared to risk sloppy service, rude staff and part cooked food.

Very very delicious and fresh food, awesome waiters and the location is unbelievable beautiful. Give it definitely a try! Its worth it
