This restaurant has some of the worst service I have ever experienced in the Near East. They won't even take your order until you flag down a staff member. The pace of service is slow and not worth the quality of the food. I don't blame the employees for the poor service; it's the management's fault for inadequate training and preparation. Great place to sit and eat, good food for the price. Nice atmosphere
The employees at this restaurant are lazy and do not deserve to work at a food establishment ever again. I call in my orders because every time I sit down to eat here it takes an hour to get my food and it is always wrong. I only spend my money here because I am drunk and can’t drive somewhere else. These people need to work at a Down’s syndrome clinic, except they need to be the patients.
