I am extremely disappointed by the early closure of the restaurant without any notification, especially when there are still customers in line. On my recent visit, I had to wait over 15 minutes for a quarter pounder with only ketchup, which was made incorrectly. Despite my patience, the mistake was not rectified. The pricing discrepancies on the menu are also concerning, as drinks are being charged at a higher rate than advertised. Additionally, there seems to be issues with the drive-thru system, as orders are being removed from the screen immediately after payment, leading to forgotten orders. It appears that the corporate focus is on speed rather than accuracy and customer satisfaction. Overall, my recent experiences have been disappointing and I cannot recommend this restaurant.
It is difficult to receive service after 11 PM at this restaurant. The last three times I have tried to order and pay through the mobile app, I have been left waiting in the drive-through for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I have already lost money because of this in the past. Thankfully, this time I was able to cancel my order before leaving. After working a 12-hour shift at the hospital, all I wanted was a burger to take home, but instead, I was stuck in the drive-through line. If you do not have enough staff, please consider closing the store. I rate this experience 0 out of 10.
