On May 3, 2022 I ordered takeout at the new location in Powhatan Va.....first of all they didnt have any peach cobbler, ran out of green beans, i got two pieces of corn in its place that was cold, collard greens were bland and a can product, the macaroni and cheese was cold and barely had any cheese in it. This restaurant is all about really good food served at a very fair price. The owner, Kevin Brown, has created a gem here.
Good Southern Cooking! Went today and we ordered Catfish and Whiting dinners to go. They were still hot when we got home. Good portion sizes, well worth the money. The collards were delicious! The homemade Cole Slaw and Mashed Potatoes, too! Fish cooked to perfection!

We visited the FarmVille location today and the customer service and food was amazing!!! Cannot wait for the location in Powhatan!!!
This was so good! I got the Rice bowl with chicken and shrimp. It was seasoned well and very filling. I will definitely get this again!
