Great sushi fruit being prepared in a food truck. Waitress was kind and food was ready fairly quick.

I was extremely excited to see this truck!! I had no idea they had this! I got the yummy yummy roll and it was absolutely delicious!! I've already been highly recommending them to all my friends! We want them to come this direction for a day (Patton). Thank you O-SAKI Express!!!

The food here is great. The only thing better than the food here are the people who run it. Super nice, super courteous, and very personable. Really glad they opened here. Volcano roll is one of my go to when I'm having a hard time deciding. If you call and they are on the other line with a customer they always call you back when they finish.

I ordered the steak and chicken combo for 14.50. The meat portions were child size and it was served without any vegetables, just rice and meat. The sushi rolls were much better and a better price. Would not recommend, when the Pad Thai restaurant is close and fabulous!
