I requested and paid for extra chocolate chips, as I usually do, but received very few and they refused to make a new one. They were rude when I returned to the window and the dessert didn't even have chocolate chips on top. The owners should focus on improving customer satisfaction. The custard is delicious, and there are plenty of menu choices for younger diners. Typically, the service is quick.

Last 2 Grasshopper, chocolate frozen custard concretes have been layered but not blended plain custard on bottom, green mint large flat pieces of dark chocolate in the middle, plain custard on top. I've been getting the same thing for 5 years they've always been blended. A layered grasshopper concrete is not appealing.
We arrived at the restaurant around 45 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, and the staff were still welcoming and efficient in getting our order to us within 5 minutes. The custard was incredibly tasty, especially the muddy sneakers flavor for peanut butter lovers. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return the following night. Unfortunately, I was too excited to dig into my sundae both times, so I forgot to snap a picture.
