I was picking up an order for my mom who ordered online. They refused to give me the order because the phone wasn't in my possession. If that is the policy, it should be stated more clearly. Two out of the three people who were addressing the situation were completely rude. I feel as though this restaurant needs better management. View all feedback.
One of the fastest McDs I've been to. I did get an undercooked burger once, but they corrected it and it's always been quick.

They can't get your order correct or they don't care to

Rude, not a have a nice day or would you like your receipt. They got more money and now talk to customers like dogs.
