Did a company bonding outing. Fun place. Good food. Young man that assisted us had serious attitude until the end,. When we waited 15 minutes to get our balls unstuck...then he was nice. View all feedback.
What Marilie Rempel doesn't like about Crackers' Sports:
I had an issue with redeeming a gift card that was gifted to me from a company Christmas party. It was brought to the owner's attention (Chad). He quickly resolved the issue, unfortunately I still had to come out of pocket for the cost of the tab (update to their system was the issue). He did offer to make it up with the same amount for free bowling. Which did save the experience. Good drinks and Good service. View all feedback.
I always have a great time. Staff is great, and the mac and cheese is amazing!
Rude as soon as we walked in. If you like bars where you feel uncomfortable right away and have to wait an absurd amount of time for everything all while dealing with servers with attitude problems look no further. Absolutely discourage visiting this half baked attempt at a bar.
*I was in town for business from Arlington, Texas and I was amongst the biggest Avalanche Fans Around! ... and they told me this walking in with my Dallas Stars hat on! Regardless, I was welcomed and made to feel at home! The ambiance of Crackers is family and friends! The hospitality is second to none in Farmington! The food is filling and the service is excellent! The Franks family does a awesome job! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome! You all Rock!
The food here is sub-par, deep fried bar food that I would even hesitate to feed to a pack of wild dogs about to maul me. Hopefully it goes without saying that if I would spare those little face maulers from the food, there 's no way I would ingest it ever again myself. Now that we 've established that one should never go to Cracker 's for a real meal, we can move on to the beer selection. When I asked the waitress about what beers were available, she said We have a bunch of great beers bottled AND on tap. Awesome, right? False. If your idea of a good bar involves Bud (Heavy and Light), Coors Light, Heineken, etc, then this might be the place for you. Perhaps I 'm just a beer snob, but the beers just mentioned are on my do-not-drink-EVER list. Gross. I do need to mention the saving grace of this place. They have Shiner Bock on draft (do you hear that? It 's the sound of angels singing because the great state of Texas sent a small slice of heaven to Farmington). That simple fact made up for the rest of the sorry looking beer selection, and is the sole reason this place ended up with a 2-star review (as opposed to none). Also, if you want to have a Shiner Bock and enjoy a game (or horse racing, or track and field, or curling), there is a pretty solid TV setup at this place. Enjoy...
I went last week with a couple friends for the first time. I believe the tender was new at bar tending, he was courteous, made sure we were happy with our mixed drinks. Very attentive and seem to give the same service to the other guest. I will be going back for sure.
