Don't pass up Boon's. Deb and I had a great meal. Try the Angel Wing appetizer. The Green Curry reminded me of Maui Thai. The service was very friendly and the owner talked with and made us feel very welcome. I won't visit Farmington without stopping at Boon's. View all feedback.
Boon recently caught us on vacation and we decided to try it. I'm glad we did this because the food and service were so fantastic that we went 2 nights in a row. You can't go wrong in Boons Thai in Farmington, New Mexico.
Nice nice place friendly staff. Great ownership w a unique and wide moat. order your spice tolerance from 1 to 5. I had 2 but next time will get a 3/4 Beer/wine/ no cocktails. I loved my red mountain with singha Thai beer and steamed brown rice Great prices.
First time I've ever liked orange chicken and the black sticky rice with mango and coconut ice cream was one of the best bites of food I've ever had.
Excellent, tasty food for takeout I strongly recommend this place, and if you give it a chance I think you'll find it's one of the best takeout restaurants in the area!
I think I've been impressed with this restaurant every time I've come in. I make it in not that often but each trip has been memorable. This time I had to try the Coo Chee spaghetti with beef. It's not something I'm ever heard of before is a dish but it was outstanding! I think the restaurant made the right choice pairing red curry sauce with spaghetti noodles instead of ramen. The heavier spaghetti noodles held up better to the strong flavorful curry. I even asked for an extra order of ramen with the leftover Curry sauce. It was good but not the same as the spaghetti. My only recommendation would be to put more spaghetti noodles in the dish!
