always love me some cold stone unfortunately this time their reception machine for all my orders was broken so that my order was not ready at the arrival, but this is the first bad experience I had in this load but I always love some cold stone so that I cut them a little black, they made my ice amazing. We went today and sadly had an experience we weren't expecting. In my boyfriends icecream, there was just two whole strawberries. Not chopped up or anything, and barely anything else mixed in. In mine, the cookie dough was in two huge chunks. They couldn't be bothered to actually cut up the big stuff or mix in enough caramel or chocolate. All I know is that we won't be back. $20 for mediocre ice cream isn't worth it.
It was served this evening by a wonderful young man, who definitely comes back because of him and his cheerful attitude!
I love how they mix the ice cream with the candy right in front of me and they have cool waffle sundae bowels!

Came in for my doordash order and was told that it was being worked on....three workers proceeded to stand around talking while one girl was mixing up ice cream......when the girl was done no one ever looked or offered to ask if this was my order ......I then went and asked about my order....a girl walked to the back room and brought my order that had been sitting there for well over ten minutes....u might want to know who is making what and do less talking....better communication......since I can't leave another review I will continue on this this one....once again went in for diodash order and waited along with another gentlemen who wasn't acknowledged when he walked in and when someone finally waited on him she abruptly told him to wait while she talked to another employee....waited on my order well over 20 minutes.....your employees all running around have no clue what anyone is doing
