I never thought I would give this restaurant another chance, but I needed something quick and didn’t want to go too far from home. I give this restaurant two stars because the manager genuinely makes an effort to resolve issues. I didn’t have any problems until the last few months, but now my orders are frequently incorrect and need to be replaced. Normally a 4- 5 star. But have you ever watched food being made and say... Man I feel sorry for whose food that is.. well today that was my food. My fault for ordering online and skipping the line but I had to wait and during that wait I got to see the guy make my burrito. Guy was taking his time and walking to the food warmer (I presume) comes back with more hash browns (my food bacon and hash browns were just chilling on the tortilla) (chilling because food was cold) and
Placed online order at 9:25am, estimated wait time was 16 mins, showed up at 9:45am and waited until 10:25am and then left without the two burritos I ordered. I know it's busy on Saturday morning, but come on an hour for two burritos?
Ordered online and paid for my order, then my husband picked up the order and the lady told him it was $12.44. He paid it because he didnt know I paid online and now the workers say they cant refund the $12.44 and we have to call Albuquerque but I read below they refunded money. I hope the persons meal that we paid for didn't have to pay again. We won't visit this store again.
I have tried to voice out through Blakes? actual website but I realized that they don?t post those reviews publicly, nor do they ever respond to you, so I decided to re-post it here. Especially because I am on my THIRD experience in the last month where I was more than disappointed by this company. My latest review: I ordered a lota combo with no onions &extra pickles. Instead I took a big bite of no pickles, extra onions. It was too busy to try to go back through the
2 stars instead of one because the employee (Linda? was kind and the manager did give us a refund when we called to complain. We called to order at 4:09pm, finally got our food at 4:50pm. It was a real hassle to order, the phone kept cutting out and was difficult to hear. When the call dropped they didn't call back, I had to call again and go through the robot menu. Never got notified our order was ready, waited on hold 7 minutes when we called as we were outside
