What Mimi Herg doesn't like about Mogu Modern Chinese Kitchen:
The delivery instructions were: on the driveway side gate. The driver delivered to the house, the front door. I do not live there. I walk with a cane. There are no handrails, and the people who live there were not home. So I needed to go to the front door to pick up my delivery. You have a very unhappy customer! The soup was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were overcooked. They were difficult to eat.
The delivery driver was not competent and left my food at a random location, ignoring the precise instructions I provided. By the time I found the food, it was cold. I am disappointed in GrubHub for their poor service and will not be using it again. It seems like the customer is always wrong according to GrubHub. The food itself was not impressive. The dumplings were small and lacked flavor, while the noodles were overcooked and the portion size was small for the price. Additionally, no soy sauce was included with the order. I will stick to traditional Chinese cuisine in the future.
