After doing some banking, I walked a few doors down to get a small soft serve ice cream. It cost 3.90 and while it was good, it was on the smaller side. The texture of the "ice cream" seemed like it wasn't as cold as it should be, as the swirl was not as stiff as expected. These guys are always nice! Tip they have more soft ice cream flavors than you think. Just ask
Tonight I went to carvel to get a sundaes for people. An employee named kate saw I had a list and took the initiative to ask if she wanted me to give her the list. I did and she fulfilled my order successfully. I have not had such good service like that in a long time. Pick this carvel over all others.
It was great we got the hocus pocus special shakes and 4 assorted sundaes for the week mmmmm.thank you to the pleasent gals behind the counter.
Good carvel and good service, the shakes are good and thick and this is a an easy location to get to with easy access to the parking lot with multiple entrances

The chocolate sprinkles were beautiful and fresh, making it all very delicious. The owner was also very kind. It's a small place that I hope sticks around, but unfortunately you can find similar frozen treats at places like BJ's or almost any market nowadays.
